One in seven couples now struggle to conceive and one in four pregnancies end in miscarriage - this is a downward trend sadly. Fertility advice and services have never been more in demand so just know that you're not alone if getting pregnant is proving to be challenging.

One of my areas of passion is helping couples to conceive. I offer 'Reproflexology' aka fertility reflexology and fertility health coaching support. This specialised fertility reflexology has shown to improve conception rates by up to three times. .

As a Reproflexologist I follow specialised treatment plans depending on where the woman is in her menstrual cycle or what the male partner's general health and sperm health (if known) is like. There are specific treatment protocols to support any underlying conditions such as PCOS, endometriosis, low sperm count, hormone imbalances etc. If the woman isn't currently charting her cycle, I'll teach her how to do this. Charting enables us to see clearly when ovulation occurs and tracks cycle length, energy & libido fluctuations and so forth.
