Traditional reflexology is a blend of foot massage with the application of gentle pressure to reflex points on the feet using thumbs and fingers. The feet mirror the body, acting as a map for the bodily organs and systems. Reflexologists can detect if a reflex point is out of balance and gently support the body's healing response. Reflexology is deeply relaxing and rejuvenating, often leading to a great night's sleep. It can help with arthritis, digestive issues, migraines, depression, menopause and more.

Fertility reflexology (Reproflexology) has been proven to increase the chance of conception by up to three times. Fertility reflexology can support both natural conception and assisted conception, such as IVF and ICSI. Learn how to chart your cycle, know when ovulation occurs & improve your reproductive health.

Pregnancy reflexology has tremendous benefits for pregnant women, most notably: reducing pain in labour and shortening labour times for women who had regular reflexology leading up to birth. Pregnancy reflexology can help with swollen ankles, nausea, aches and pains, Hyperemesis Gravidarum, breech babies and birth preparation.

Facial reflexology is an award-winning treatment for good reason. It is a combination of gentle facial massage and the application of pressure to facial reflex points, which releases tension and evokes inner peace. Benefits include deep relaxation, inner peace, smoother facial lines and glowing skin. Most clients fall asleep during facial reflexology!

Reflexology is non-invasive and is suitable for all ages.

THE HISTORY OF REFLEXOLOGY

Whilst the art of reflexology dates back to Ancient Egypt, India and China, this therapy was not introduced to the Western world until the early 1900s. Dr William Fitzgerald developed ‘Zone therapy’ and he learned that reflex areas on the feet and hands were linked to other areas and organs of the body within the same zone. In the 1930’s, Eunice Ingham further developed this zone therapy into what is known as reflexology.

At the very least, people describe Reflexology as deeply relaxing and rejuvenating, often leading to a great night's sleep. Reflexology can also be effective on numerous other conditions such as arthritis, digestive issues, migraines, depression and more.
